About Devicified

Devicified is the B2C layer for IT suppliers in education. We enable suppliers to sell school-approved devices directly to parents and students without handling B2C operations such as payments, invoicing, support, or credit risk.

Our platform is trusted by suppliers and schools across Europe to manage private webshops, leasing models, and end-to-end consumer experiences. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure every new supplier thrives on our platform.

What You'll Do

As Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the key contact for our IT supplier clients, responsible for onboarding, retention, and long-term satisfaction. Your mission is to make sure every supplier understands how to use the platform, launches successfully, and stays with us.

You will:

  • Onboard new IT suppliers and guide them through first-time setup

  • Conduct training sessions and share best practices

  • Help customers configure their catalog, webshops, and delivery flows

  • Monitor usage and proactively check in on key accounts

  • Prevent churn by identifying and solving issues early

  • Gather product feedback and collaborate with the product team

  • Assist in process improvements and internal documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or onboarding role (preferably in SaaS or tech)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French or German is a bonus)

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to translate tech features into clear customer guidance

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
