Devicified is the B2C layer for IT suppliers in education. We help suppliers sell school-approved devices directly to parents and students, without managing payments, invoicing, credit risk, or support.

Our platform is trusted by suppliers and schools across Europe to simplify school device distribution at scale. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Business Developer to drive that growth forward.

What You'll Do

As a User Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents and students using our webshop platform. You’ll answer questions, solve issues, and make sure every interaction is clear, fast, and friendly.

You will:

  • Answer incoming questions via chat, email, and phone

  • Help users log in, place orders, or track deliveries

  • Guide users through payment, rental, and return processes

  • Provide basic troubleshooting or escalate issues when needed

  • Keep support responses consistent, accurate, and on-brand

  • Help improve helpdesk documentation and internal processes

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in a support or helpdesk role (or strong motivation to learn)

  • Friendly and professional communication style

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (more languages are a bonus)

  • Comfortable working with digital (AI) tools and platforms

  • A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

  • Flexible availability during ​summer months
